摘　　要：由于现代医学的迅猛发展,抗生素等药物的广泛运用,多种急性传染病得到有效控制。与此相对,慢性非传染性疾病发病率却显著升高,世界已进入慢病时代。面对这一变化,中医药如何发挥自己的优势,应对新的机遇和挑战?针对这一问题,笔者结合慢性病的特点,从医患双方入手,提出中医相关干预方法,结合"中病即止"和"治未病"的中医理论指导患者进行慢病防治,以期能为慢性病治疗寻找可行之策。With the rapid development of modern medicine and the wide usage of antibiotics, many acute infectious diseases are in good control while the incidence rate of non-infectious chronic diseases is becoming higher and higher. The world is at the “chronic diseases age”. Facing this change, how does Chinese medicine exert its advan- tages and face the new challenge and chance？ To answer this question, this paper focused on the related Chinese medicine intervention methods to prevent and treat chronic diseases from the aspect of both the doctor and the pa- tient. The characteristics of chronic diseases were also taken into consideration while the Chinese medicine theories of “preventive treatment of disease” and “stopping the usage of medicine when the patient gets better” were used to instruct the chronic diseases patients in order to search a practical method for the management of chronic diseases.
