红木家具表面“蜡”处理技术的对比性研究

摘　　要：红木家具的表面涂饰技术尤为重要,当下红木家具企业"蜡"处理技术以烫蜡与打水蜡为主本文主要从表面"蜡"处理技术的成本以及效果两方面着手,对比分析了烫蜡与打水蜡在材料、工具、人工三方面的成本关系,同时探寻两者在表面装饰、保养防护、温润度、光泽度、纹理和材色、耐久性、耐磨性、稳定性、嗅觉感官以及防水防污性等物理性能方面的差异化目的是为了更好地承袭中国传统红木家具表面涂饰技术,并不断优化。Surface coating technology is particularly important for Hongmu furniture. Currently, there are two key wax surface treatment technologies for Hongmu furniture： hot wax and mixed wax. Begin with the analysis of cost and effects of wax surface treatment technology, the authors compared the relationship be- tween the two wax treatment methods in the aspects of materials, tools and labor cost, together with the dif- ferences in surface decoration, maintenance protection, mildness, glossiness, wood color and texture, dura- bility, abrasion resistance, stability, smell characteristics, waterproof and antifouling capability. The pur- pose of the study is to better inherit and continuously optionize Chinese traditional Hongmu furniture sur- face coating technology, and constantly be optimizing, in order to adapt to the needs of the present market and the times.
