模块组合儿童纸板家具的研究与设计

摘　　要：首先分析了儿童纸板家具的相关概念以及对制作材料加工工艺等方面的要求,通过对一些国外优秀可拆装儿童纸板家具作品的剖析,指出目前我国国内市场上儿童纸板家具存在造型、结构和功能上的存在的不足,进而引入模块组合的概念,将模块组合的概念用于儿童纸板家具的设计中。分析了模块组合儿童纸板家具的概念,从模块组合家具设计原则和设计方法等方面进行相关理论研究,并通过3D制图和实物制作进行设计实践,阐明了将模块组合设计方法用于儿童纸板家具设计的优势,指出模块组合儿童纸板家具将成为我国儿童纸板家具今后的发展方向。Begin with the definition of children cardboard furniture and it＇s requirement in material and processing technology, the paper analyses several brilliant detachable foreign children cardboard furni- ture, outlines the shortcomings of domestic children cardboard furniture in modeling, structure and func- tion, and put forward the concept of modular children cardboard furniture. The definition of modules chil- dren cardboard furniture was illustrated through the theoretical study and practical design of modules chil- dren cardboard furniture. The authors clarify the advantages of modular methods applied in the children cardboard furniture, and point out modular children cardboard furniture is the development direction of children cardboard fnrniture.
