红木家具企业构建“物流中心”的可行性研究

摘　　要：红木家具生产是传统产业,红木家具企业经营管理的现代化进程缓慢,亟需改进。物流管理是红木家具企业现代化进程中的基础环节以红木家具企业为例,界定了红木家具企业中"物流管理"的概念,阐述了物流管理对于企业营运的重要性,分析了红木家具企业物流管理的现状和弊端,在此基础上,提出了从系统构建、人员管理、信息技术引进、物流服务增值和物流成本控制等方面进行调整和升级,逐步形成企业"物流中心"体系的建议。Hongmu furniture production is a traditional industry. The slow modernization process of oper- ation and management of Hongmu furniture enterprise is slow which needed to be improved immediately. Logistics management is a basic link in the modernization process of Hongmu furniture enterprise. Taking Hongmu furniture enterprises as examples, this article defines the conception of ＂logistics management＂ in Hongmu furniture enterprise, expounds the importance of logistics management tot enterprise opera- lion, and analyzes the status and disadvantages of Hongmu furniture enlerprise logistics management. Sug- gestion was given on the gradual formation of the enterprises ＂logistics center＂ system by the adjusting and upgrading in the aspects of system construction, personnel management, introduction of information technology, value-added logistics services and logistics cost control, etc.
