摘  要:寄宿制是国外一流大学传统寄宿学院的一个典型特征,其育人作用在我国受到了越来越多的关注。宿舍环境对大学生生活习惯、品德、思想行为等的养成有重要影响。高校后勤社会化改革和货币化分房改革重击了寄宿制,把教师撤离或赶出校园,寄宿制失去了其发挥真正力量的渠道。若要发挥寄宿制对大学生的培养作用,必须让导师回归校园。高校应建立符合各校校情的多样化导师制,并通过建设"双辅导员"队伍和学生助理导师队伍等措施补充专业导师的不足,同时建立更为人性化的宿舍管理体制。Boarding is a typical characteristic of traditional ties. Its cultivation effect is getting more and more attention in boarding colleges in the first - rate foreign universi- China. The environment of dormitory has great im- pact on the cultivation of living habits, moralities, thoughts and behaviors of undergraduates. Logistics socialization reform in universities and monetization housing distribution reform have stricken the boarding, evacuating or evic- ting teachers out of school, making boarding lose the essence to express real power. Getting tutors return back to school is necessary to make boarding expressed the effect of cultivating undergraduates. Universities should build up diversified tutorial system, and offset the shortage of special tutors by organizing teams of "double - instructors" and students assistant- tutors, as building up more humanized dormitory management system.
