额瓣、颏下岛状瓣在口腔颌面部软组织缺损修复中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的评价应用额瓣、颏下岛状瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法对34例口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者扩大切除术后形成的软组织缺损采用额瓣或颏下岛状瓣转移修复缺损,观察组织瓣存活情况及其修复效果。结果 34例患者组织瓣全部成活,未发生感染、坏死,外形及功能恢复均满意,术后随诊2年无复发,供区瘢痕轻微。结论采用设计灵活的额瓣、颏下岛状瓣修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损可以取得良好的临床效果,具有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of forehead and submental island flap on the reparation of oromaxillo-facial region soft tissue defect. Methods Forehead or submental island flaps were used to repair the soft tissue defects formed after the ex-tended resection in 34 patients with malignant tumor in oromaxillo-facial region. Observation was made in the survival conditions and reparation effect of the flaps.Results The flaps in all the 34 cases survived without infection or necrosis. The shape and functional reha-bilitation were all satisfactory. No recurrence occurred during the two-year following-up, and the scars at the donor sites were slight. Conclusion Reparation of the defects of oral and maxillofacial soft tissues with the flexibly designed forehead or submental island flaps can achieve good clinical results and this technique has certain clinical application value.
