摘  要:大多数铝板带碎边剪均采用直剪刃,剪切过程中存在冲击和噪声,剪刃磨损过快,间隙调整困难,机组的速度低,这些问题都降低了整个机组的效率.为解决上述问题,设计了一种斜剪刃新型碎边剪,剪刃沿着15°螺旋线装在碎边剪的刀轴上,提出了一种简单可靠的剪刃安装方法,剪切过程由全宽度同时剪切变为剪刃各点逐渐接触完成剪切,剪切力大大降低,剪切功率相应减小,剪刃磨损减小,寿命增加.为降低螺旋剪刃制造难度和维修成本,采用近似圆弧曲线来代替理论椭圆曲线,仿真实验表明侧隙的变化范围在(0.02~0.05)mm内,满足剪切要求.Parallel blade shears is used in majority scrap chapper for aluminium sheet , which had been found necessary to change the shear knives frequently and re-grind them before further use as a result of wearing course , which bring down the velocity of sizing line . In order to tackle those defects, a new knife with approximate elliptical cure edge is used for the design of scrap chopper and the clearance of two pairs blade is reasonable enough to be accepted by the simulation of shearing process. Otherwise drive power decrease remarkably and speed of the line increase outstandingly.
