影视文学在《行政管理实务》教学中的运用

摘　　要：在《行政管理实务》教学中运用影视文学资料不仅是合适的,也是很有必要的。理由有四:这是一个"图像"霸权时代,课程教学手段应与时俱进;当今大学生大多在屏幕前长大,教师教学需因材施教;影视文学来源于历史和现实,能对《行政管理实务》的内容起到一定的诠释作用;将影视文学作为《行政管理实务》的教学资料效果不错,且能继续给学生提供文学素养。It is not only appropriate but also necessary to apply the film and TV literature to the teaching of Administrative Management. The reasons are as follows： we are in the times of ＂images＂ and the teaching method should keep pace with the times; most students grow up in front of the screen, and the teachers should teach students in accordance with their aptitude; the film and television literature comes from the his-tory and reality, and it can explain the content of the course to a certain degree; the result of the practice is not bad and it can continue to provide students with literary attainments.
