摘 要:模拟栲胶脱硫液中副产物的积累过程,配制了含有不同浓度副产物的仿栲胶脱硫液,考察了栲胶脱硫液中副产物对脱硫液密度的影响,得出这些副产物的积累均会使栲胶脱硫液密度增大,其中副产物Na2S2O3和NaSCN是影响栲胶脱硫液密度的主要因素。讨论了脱硫液密度与溶液中主要副产物浓度之间的关系,并用Excel软件对实验数据进行了回归分析,得到很好的线性关系,为实际生产中估算栲胶脱硫液的密度提供了一定的理论依据。A series of imitating tannin extract desulfurization solution that contained by - products of different concentration was prepared according to the accumulation process of by - products in desulfurization solution. The effect of by- products in desulfurization solution of tannin extract on desulfurization solution density was investigated. The conclusion was that the accumulation of by - products in tannin extract desulfurization solution made desulfurization solution density increase and the main factors which influenced tannin extract desulfurization solution density were Na2S2O3 and NaSCN. Relation between desulfurization solution density and main by- products concentration was discussed. A good linear relationship was obtained through the regression analysis of experimental data by excel. Theory reference was offered to estimate density of tannin extract desulfurization solution in actual production.
