摘　　要：介绍了一种医用输液监控管理系统,该系统包括一台输液中心管理PC机、一个输液中心管理器、多个输液监控器、多个护士手持终端和多个中继站。输液监控器利用红外光电传感器检测输液液位和滴速信息,通过无线方式发送至中继站,中继站再将信息转发至输液中心管理器,输液中心管理器将信息集中处理后分发至在线护士手持终端机,并调度处于空闲的护士处理报警,同时通过上位机将数据上传至输液中心管理PC机进行可视化的管理。该系统具有无线接收患者输液和报警信息,统一分配信息,智能调度护士和输液信息集中管理等优势。A monitoring and management system for medical transfusion is introduced,which includes one transfusion center management PC,one transfusion center manager,some transfusion monitor,some handheld terminal for nurses and some relay stations. The infrared photoelectric sensors is used in transfusion monitor to detect the information of liquid level and the dripping speed,the information is transmitted to the relay station wirelessly,and then transmitted to the transfusion center manager,after processed the information is sent to transfusion center management PC for visual management through upper computer. The system has the advantages of receiving transfusion and alarm information of patient wirelessly,unified information distribution,intelligent scheduling nurses and transfusion information centralized management,and so on.
