摘　　要：医学生职业价值观的形成有其特定的过程和阶段,因而,必须准确把握医学生职业价值观形成的规律,有针对性地对其进行教育和引导,从而促进医学生职业价值观的形成。The vocational value of medical students has its particular developmental process and stage. It is important to accurately grasp the formational law, and adopt targeted education and guidance, so as to promote the formation of medical students＇ vocational value.
