摘　　要：探讨新形势下如何提高骨科临床实习质量的方法和途径。通过严格的骨干医师带教制度、健全教学查房制度及病例讨论制度,开展学生标准化病人,逐步培养学生正确的临床思维方式及临床分析问题的能力,突出临床实践能力的培养,提高骨科临床实习质量,注重医德医风教育、人文素质教育,逐步培养全面发展的医学人才。This paper discusses how to improve intern practice quality in Department of Orthopedics under the new situation. It trains the correct clinical thinking mode and improves the ability of clinical analyzing problems by attending surgeon teaching responsibility system, perfect clinical teaching rounds system,case discussion system and the program of student as standardized patients, and em- phasizes the medical ethics education, humanistic quality education, cultivates medical talents with all -- round development.
