摘　　要：目的:检测甲状腺乳头状微小癌(PTMC)组织中细胞凋亡抑制因子存活素(survivin)、半乳糖凝集素-3(Gal-3)和甲状腺髓过氧化物酶(TPO)蛋白的表达,并阐明其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测56例PTMC组织及其癌旁良性组织中survivin、Gal-3和TPO蛋白的表达情况,比较蛋白阳性表达率的差异,分析survivin、Gal-3和TPO蛋白表达与PTMC临床病理参数的关系。结果:PTMC组织中survivin和Gal-3呈强阳性表达,TPO不表达;癌旁良性组织中survivin和Gal-3表达缺失,TPO正常表达;survivin、Gal-3和TPO蛋白在癌组织和其癌旁良性组织间的表达率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。3种蛋白在PTMC组织中的表达率与淋巴结转移有关联(P<0.05或P<0.01),而与患者年龄和性别无关联(P>0.05)。结论:survivin、Gal-3和TPO蛋白表达的变化可能在PTMC发生发展中起重要作用,survivin、Gal-3和TPO蛋白表达的检测有助于判断PTMC的良恶性。Objective To detect the expressions of survivin, galectin-3 （Gal-3） and thyroid peroxidase （TPO） in papillary thyroid microcarcinoma （PTMC） tissue and cancer adjacent normal tissue, and to explore their clinical significances. Methods The expressions of survivin, Gal-3 and TPO in 56 cases of PTMC tissue and adjacent normal tissue were measured by immunohistochemical （IHC） method; Chi square test was used to compare the differense in the expression rates of survivin, Gal-3 and TPO. The relationships between the expression rates of survivin, Gal-3 and TPO proteins and the clinicopathological parameters of PTMC were analyzed. Results The survivin and Gal-3 were strongly expressed but TPO was negatively expressed in PTMC tissue. The survivin and Gal-3 were negative in adjacent normal tissue but TPO was expressed i PTMC tissue. There were significant differences in the expression rates of survivin, Gal-3 and TPO between PTMC tissue and adjacent normal tissue （P〈0. 001）. The expression rates of survivin, Gal-3 and TPO in PTMC tissue were positively related to lymph node metastases （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）, and were negatively related to gender and age （P〉0.05）. Gonclusion The strong expressions of survivin and Gal-3 and the mild expression of TPO may be important in the development of PTMC, and the detection of survivin, Gal-3 and TPO protein expressions is helpful to jude benign and malignant PTMC.
