黄芪茎叶微粉对肉仔鸡生产性能和胴体品质的影响

摘　　要：探讨日粮中添加黄芪茎叶微粉对AA+肉仔鸡生产性能和胴体品质的影响。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组日粮在基础日粮中添加0.5%、1%和2%的黄芪茎叶微粉。结果表明:随着黄芪茎叶微粉添加水平的提高,AA+肉仔鸡体重、屠宰率、胸肌率和腿肌率均有不同程度提高,料肉比降低,腹脂率呈不同程度下降趋势。以添加1%的黄芪茎叶微粉的效果较好。The effects of Astragalus membranaceus leaves powder in diet on growth performance and carcass quality of broil-ers AA＋ were studied. The control group was fed basal diet, the test diets were added 0.5%, 1% and 2% Astragalus mern-branaceus leaves powder,respectively. The results showed that： with the Astragalus membranaceus leaves powder addition lev el increasing, broiler AA＋ body weight, slaughter rate, the rate of breast muscle and leg muscle rate were improved in different degree, feed conversion ratio decreased, the percentage of abdominal fat showed different degrees of decline. Adding membranaceus leaves oowder was better.
