摘　　要：竞争情报能够为金融创新决策的成功提供信息保障。在明确金融创新和竞争情报的内涵基础上,从金融创新过程的角度出发,构建了基于金融创新过程的竞争情报系统模型。在此基础上,系统地研究了金融创新过程中的竞争情报规划机制、竞争情报搜集机制、竞争情报分析机制和竞争情报传播机制,以期为金融创新中的竞争情报活动的实践提供理论参考。Competitive intelligence can provide information security for the success of decisions on financial innovation. This paper defines the meaning of financial innovation and competitive intelligence and builds the model of competitive intelligence system model based on fi-nancial innovation process. Based on this, the paper studies the mechanisms of competitive intelligence planning, competitive intelligence gathering, competitive intelligence analysis, and competitive intelligence transmission in financial innovation. The results of this paper will offer reference for the practice of competitive intelligence activities in financial innovation.
