网络百科用户协同创作的互动机制研究——以百度百科贴吧为例

摘　　要：网络百科是一种开放式的海量知识生产平台,其所采用的用户协同创作模式对大众化知识生产具有较强的借鉴价值。而用户协同创作的关键因素是用户之间的互动,在对网络百科用户协同创作的互动模式、互动角色、互动过程和内部互动机制进行综述的基础上,以百度百科贴吧为实证研究平台,采用社会网络分析方法,对百度百科贴吧群体的互动结构、关系链接及核心成员角色等进行了分析,归纳出其在互动方面的现状和不足,并给出相应的建议。Online encyclopedia is an open massive knowledge production platform. The user collaborative authoring mode of online Ency-clopedia has important reference value for popularization of knowledge production. The key factor of user＆#39;s collaborative authoring is the user＆#39;s interaction. This paper firstly summarized the interaction mode, interaction role, interaction process and internal interaction mecha-nism of online encyclopedia＆#39;s user collaborative authoring, then took Baidu Baike Post Bar as the empirical research platform, analyzed its interaction structure, relationship links and the core member role, using social networking analysis method. At last the paper summed up the present situation and the disadvantages of the empirical research platform and proposed some suggestions.
