摘　　要：目的总结老年急性脑梗死的诊断与急救处理经验。方法对30老年急性脑梗死患者及时予头颅磁共振检查,同时进行有关实验室检查,确诊后根据梗死灶的面积大小决定治疗方案,及时进行相关急救处理。结果本组患者ET和血小板的实验室指标有明显改变,临床急诊处理的效果满意。结论诊断老年脑梗死应根据临床表现与影像学改变结合实验室指标综合判断,治疗上应很据病情及时采取综合措施。Objective To study the diagnosis and emergency treatment of patients with old acute cerebral infarction. Methods Experimental index, platelet index and MRI examination in the 30 patients with old acute cerebral infarction were examined. Then emergency treatment was performed. Results Experimental index of ET and platelet had marked change by control group in the Patients with acute cerebral infarction. The clinical result was good post emergency treatment. Conclusion Diagnosis of old acute cerebral infarction must complex according to clinical change and experimental index. The treatment of acute cerebral infarction must perform complex therapy.
