丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择720例患者随机分为2组。对照组340例,给予丹参注射液加常规治疗;治疗组380例,在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液。结果治疗组的总有效率为91.8%,对照组的总有效率为71.4%,两组的总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论丹红注射液治疗脑梗死安全、有效。Objective To observe the curative effects of Danhong injection on acute cerebral infarction. Methods 720 cases with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group and control groups. 340 cases in the control group were treated with conventional therapy and danshen injection , while 380 cases in the treatment group were treated with Danhong injection and conventional therapy. Results The total rate of clinical efficacy in cure group was 91. 8% ,and the total rate of clinical efficacy in control group was 71. 4% , there was statistical difference between two groups （P 〈 0.01） ; after treatment, the scores of neurologic impairment in cure groups were lower than those in control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The effects of Danhong injection on acute cerebral infarction are safe and effective.
