摘　　要：中华书局2013年9月出版的《史记》修订本是原1959年点校本的升级本。在校勘方面,修订本择善本予以全面校勘,并在校改时注重内证,对某些歧义较大的问题在校勘记中提出重要的证据,多闻阙疑,不轻易改字,忠实于底本。精审的校点使得《史记》修订本亮点纷呈,修订本也因此面貌一新。In September 2013, Zhonghua Book Company published the revised edition of Historical Records. Compared with the edition published in 1959, the revised one is an upgraded edition. In order to produce a good version, many different editions were selected. While emendating, the revised edition focuses on the internal evidences of Historical Records. In some significant re- spects, the revision does not change the texts rashly, but makes some important evidences in certain collating notes, thus made the revision well-informed and suspend judgment on the things in doubt, which showed the revised version was loyal to the master edi- tion. The sophisticated collation and punctuation make the revised edition of Historical Records present numerous new features, then the revision takes on a new look.
