太原市132例急性期抑郁症患者心理资本的特点分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨抑郁症患者心理资本的特点,以期为抑郁症的治疗提供新思路。方法:对132例抑郁症患者和136例正常对照组应用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和心理资本问卷(PPQ)进行评估。采用独立样本t检验分析抑郁症患者的心理资本特点。结果:抑郁症组自我效能(28.35±5.94)分、韧性(21.71±5.23)分、希望(23.27±5.58)分、乐观(22.53±5.17)分,均低于正常对照组分值[分别为(36.39±4.68)分,(32.01±4.68)分,(34.53±3.47)分,(32.89±5.46)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:抑郁症患者的心理资本显著低于正常对照组,提示可通过对抑郁症患者心理资本的重塑,缓解抑郁症状。Objective：To explore the positive psychological capital in depression disorders. Methods：One hundred and thirty-two depression disorder and one hundred and thirty--six normal healthy people were assessed by self-rat-ing despression scale（SDS） and psychological capital questionnaire（PPQ）. Independant sample t test was used to ana- lyze the data. Results：Compared with the control group, the depressed patients had lower self-efficacy（28.35±5.94 vs 36.39±4.68,resilience（21.71±5.23 vs 32.01±4.68）,hope（23.27±5.58 vs 34.53±3.47 ） and optimism（22.53 ＋5.17 vs 32.89±5.46） ,and there was significient difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion.. The psycholoogical capital of de-pressed patients is significant lower than the normal people,the result gives a hint：it could inprmove the psychological caoital to cure the deoression.this mav he the new hnrizinn.
