摘 要:目的研究可变局部多项式在色彩转换中的精度。方法以柔印样张为样本,取50个色块作为检验样本,232个色块作为建模样本,确定最佳建模项数和建模样本数。采用可变局部多项式拟合实现L*a*b*色彩空间到CMY色空间的转换,采用图表的方法表达了建模结果。结果当多项式项数为14项时,同时品色、青色、黄色建模样本数分别为26,30,40时,模型精度最高,此时网点面积率误差平均值与标准差均小于2%,误差最大值小于8%。结论可变局部多项式拟合法在色彩转换应用中取得了较好的建模效果,其结果可用于柔印色彩管理系统。Objective To study the precision of polynomial regression algorithm in color conversion. Methods Taking 50 samples as testing sample and 232 samples as modeling samples, the optimal numbers of terms and modeling samples for Flexography pages were determined. Using polynomial regression algorithm between the L * a * b * and the CMY values, the conversion model was established and the diagram was used to show the result. Results The model could give the highest precision when the item number was 14 and the sample numbers were 26, 30, 40 for magenta, cyan and yellow, respectivelu. Conclusion Polynomial regression algorithm could be used in CMS for Flexography.
