摘　　要：为了实现对任意信号形式、任意接口样式的电路板进行快速准确测试,提高装备的维护保障能力,设计了一种基于PXI平台的数模混合电路板通用测试系统。系统采用PXI货架产品实现测试所需硬件资源,应用软件使用C#.NET进行编程,能够实现电路板测试任务。实际应用表明,该系统具有测试准确、扩展性好等优点,大大提高了电路板的自动化测试程度,具有很好的应用价值。In order to fast and exactly realize the test of any form signal and any interface style circuit, and increase the capability of maintaining test equipment, the test system of mixed-signal circuit based on PXI platform was designed in this paper. The hardware system realized by container off-loading and transfer system （COTS） and the software pro- grammed by C#.NET can accomplish the test on the circuit board. The experiment results show that the system has the advantages of good testability and flexibility extended. The
