摘　　要：通过对高校食品科学与工程专业开放性实验教学体系的研究,以创新性人才培养作为教学改革的突破口,提出了开放性实验教学的设想,制订了开放性实验内容、教学模式、实施过程及考核机制。为今后高校食品科学与工程专业通过开放性实验教学来培养学生的创新能力提供参考。Through the study on the open experimental teaching system of the Food Science and Engineering, with innovative personnel training as the breakthrough point of teaching reform, this paper puts forward the idea of open experimental teaching. The content, teaching model, implementation process and evaluation mechanism of open experiments have been formulated, which is supposed to provide reference for cultivation of the innovation ability of the majors in Food Science and Engineering.
