摘　　要：从物质利益和精神利益的视角入手,分析了信息内容服务产业链内各类利益主体的利益诉求,探讨了链内同类利益主体间的利益冲突和异类利益主体间的利益冲突,提出了相应的措施,以解决信息内容服务产业链内利益主体的利益冲突,从而实现各主体的利益平衡。This paper analyzes the interests of parties in information contents services industrial chain, discusses the conflicts of interests between parties of the same kind or between parties of different kinds, and proposes several approaches to settle down the conflicts of inter-est in information contents services industrial chain and achieve the balance of interest.
