摘　　要：目的:通过北京市多中心癌痛状况调查,了解北京市癌痛控制现状。方法:采用问卷调查的方法对北京地区11家医院的477例患者和217名医师调查。统计分析使用SAS 9.1.3软件、采取双侧检验方法,并与1992年调查结果进行比较。结果:中重度癌痛患者仍有较高比例(65.82%);但强阿片类药物的使用比例已经明显提高(占48.85%);医患双方对癌痛知识的了解都有待进一步提高;医患对阿片类药物使用的主要顾虑是担心"成瘾"。结论:北京地区癌痛控制二十年来有明显发展,包括阿片类药物应用比例升高,医师对阿片类药物不良反应关注度提高等;但针对癌痛控制存在的问题,医师培训和患者教育仍是推动癌痛控制的重要任务。Objective： To understand the current status of cancer pain management in Beijing by means of multicenter investigation. Methods： Totally 477 cancer patients and 217 doctors in 11 hospitals in Beijing were involved in the questionnaire investigation. Statistical analysis was conducted with the software SAS 9.1.3 by two-sided test. The results were compared with the investigation in 1992. Results： There was still a higher proportion of moderate and severe pain （65.82%）. Usage proportion of strong opioids was obviously increased （48.85%）. Both patients and doctors needed to improve their knowledge of cancer pain. The main concern of patients and doctors about use of opioids was addiction. Conclusions： There is a significant development of cancer pain management in Beijing in last 20 years, such as increased usage proportion of opioids and increased attention of doctors to the adverse reactions of opioids. In regard to problems existing in cancer pain management, doctor training and patient education are still the main task in improving cancer pain management.
