摘　　要：目的介绍外科护理虚拟临床病例软件的使用方法并评价其效果。方法以Visual Studio 2008和3DMax等为主要工具,开发Windows系统兼容的外科护理虚拟临床病例软件。分别用自制的专家用和学生用调查表,由12名外科医生和护理专家、5名教育专家和92名护理本科生对软件进行评价。结果外科医生和护理专家对软件学习内容的评价得分是(3.13±0.07)分,综合评价值为0.89,评为"优";信息工程技术教育专家对软件的界面设计、技术性能及软件的学习功能方面综合评价均大于0.80,评为"优良"。学生在使用虚拟临床病例软件后感到满意,总得分为(8.29±1.2)分,综合评价为0.83,评为"优良"。结论软件具有良好的学习功能,丰富的学习内容,设计界面合理,性能稳定,是外科护理临床教学或自学的有益工具。Objective To develop the virtual clinical cases software for surgical nursing and evaluate its application effects. Methods The virtual clinical cases software was developed by using Visual Studio 2008 and 3DMax.Twelve surgeons and nursing experts,5 educational technology specialists and 92 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with a self-designed questionnaire about their evaluation on the software, respectively. Results The surgeons and nursing experts rated excellent to the learning materials of the software with a score of 3.13±0.07and 0.89 in the comprehensive evaluation. The educational technology specialists rated good to the interface design,technical performance and learning functions of the software. The students were satisfied with the software and rated good to the software with as score of 8.29±1.27 and 0.83 in the comprehensive evaluation. Conclusion The software got high appraisal from the experts and students with satisfied learning functions,abundant learning materials,rational interface and stable technical performance. It is a valuable tool for teaching and self-directed learning of surgical nursing.
