摘　　要：知识经济要求企业具有迅速调整产业结构和产品类型的能力 ,虚拟企业就应运而生。虚拟企业管理信息系统是企业生存与发展的技术基础 ,系统应具有开放性、兼容性、柔性和鲁棒性等特点。设计了基于Intranet、Extranet和Internet技术下的系统信息组织与管理模式。Visual enterprises are created when intellectual economy calls for enterprises to have the capability of adjusting their industrial structure and types of products. The management information system is the technological basis of the existence and development of visual enterprises. The paper states that the system should be open, compatible, flexible and robust and devises the systematic information structure and management model under the technological support of Intranet, Extranet, and Internet and analyzes the methods to ensure system safety by making use of OODB and fire wall.
