经双吻合器直肠拖出式切除吻合行超低位直肠癌保肛术的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨在超低位直肠癌保肛术中实施经双吻合器直肠拖出式切除吻合的临床效果以及应用价值。方法选择我院科室拟实施手术治疗的超低位直肠癌患者62例,实施经双吻合器直肠拖出式切除吻合,选取同期经腹直肠前切除吻合术患者58例,对比两组结果。结果所有患者经双吻合器直肠拖出式切除吻合全部成功,两组患者复发情况相近差异无统计学意义,两组生存情况相近。术后6个月的肛门功能预后研究组明显优于对照组,两组12个月的预后情况相近。结论在超低位直肠癌保肛术中实施经双吻合器直肠拖出式切除吻合临床效果显著确切,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effects and application value of ultralow colorectal cancer rectal surgery implemented by double stapling rectal resection. Methods Selected 62 patients in surgery department of our hospital intends to implement ultra-low colorectal cancer, the implementation of the rectum pulled by double stapling resection anastomosis, selected earlier abdominal rectal resection and anastomosis 58 patients, compared results of two groups. Results All patients with rectal pulled double stapling resection anastomosis were successful in all patients, recurrences of two groups were similar, had no significant difference, survival status between the two groups was similar. Anal function after 6 months prognosis in study group was better than the control group, prognosis after 12 months was similar between two groups. Conclusion In low-bit implementation of colorectal cancer rectal surgery dragged through the double stapling rectal resection anastomosis significant clinical effect, and worthy of popularization and application.
