直肠癌PPAR γ的表达及其相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究直肠癌组织中过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ(PPARγ)的表达情况。方法采用免疫组织化学SABC法,检测40例直肠癌组织、10例直肠腺瘤组织和10例直肠旁正常组织切片中的PPARγ的表达,结合病理学分型、临床分期、放疗敏感性、淋巴结转移、生存期探讨其意义。结果 PPARγ在直肠癌中含量明显高于腺瘤组织及直肠旁正常组织(P<0.05);PPARγ在直肠癌中的表达与直肠癌分期、放疗敏感性、淋巴结转移、5年生存期密切相关(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌组织中PPARγ表达与临床相关因素关系密切,对直肠癌预后的判断和临床治疗具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the expression of PPARγ in colorectal cancer tissue. Methods The expressions of PPARγ in 40 cases of colorectal cancer tissue, 10 cases of coloreetal adenomas tissues and 10 cases of normal tissue adjacent to the rectum, were examined used SABC immunohistochemical method. Results PPARγ was expressed in each group with different levels, hut the expression rates of PPARγ in rectal carcinoma was significantly higher than those in colorectal adenomas tissues and normal tissue adjacent to the rectum（P〈0.05）.It was well associated with the clinic stages ,radiosensitivity ,lymphatic metastasis and 5-year survival time（P〈0.05）. Conclusion PPAR gamma abnormal expression in colorectal cancer tissue, and its closely associated with clinical relevant factors of colorectal cancer prognosis judgement and clinical treatment has certain guiding significance.
