微弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤患者的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨微弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤的效果,以期为临床诊断和治疗提供参考.方法 随机选择2012年1月～2013年8月本院收治的40例行微弹簧圈栓塞治疗的颅内动脉瘤患者为研究对象,所有患者均在数字减影血管造影监视下进行急性栓塞手术,且在完成栓塞处理后在腰椎蛛网膜内进行常规引流,回顾性分析所有患者的临床资料.结果 100％填塞患者36例（90％）,95％填塞患者2例（5％）,＜90％填塞患者1例（2.5％）,1例患者因为病情较严重死亡,死亡率2.5％.结论 微弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内动脉瘤效果显著,能起到很好闭塞的目的,且整个过程安全快速,可在很大程度上提高患者的生存质量,值得临床推广应用.Objective To discuss clinical efficacy of microcoil embolization in the treatment of patient with intracranial aneurysm in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods 40 patients with intracranial a- neurysm undergone microcoil embolization therapy in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2013 were randomly selected as research object.The acute embolism operation on 40 patients were all under supervision of digital subtrac- tion angiography, and than regular drainage in the lumbar arachnoid was carried on.The data of all patients were retro- spectively analyzed.Results 36（90%）cases were in 100% embolism,2（5%） cases were in 95% blocking, l（2.5%）case was in blocking below 90%,and I case dead due to severe condition of disease accounting for 2.5% in mortality rate.Con- clusion Microcoil embolization can obtain a remarkable effect in the treatment of intracranial aneurysm,with a good oc- clusion effect,safe and fast iil the whole process,and improvement of patient＇s quality of life to a large extent.It is wor- thy of expansion and application in clinic.
