增强CT联合CT引导下肺部占位经皮穿刺活体组织检查术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨增强CT联合CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活体组织检查对肺部占位病变诊断的临床价值。方法 112例肺部占位病变患者入院后均行常规检查,并行胸部增强CT扫描,了解病变部位、大小及其与周围组织器官的关系,所有病例均行细胞学及病理学检查。结果 112例中,110例得到阳性结果,阳性率为98.2%;并发症有气胸4例,肺出血5例,咯血4例,均不需特殊处理。结论胸部CT增强扫描联合CT引导下经皮肺穿刺活体组织检查对肺部占位病变诊断的阳性率高、并发症轻,可为肺部病变的诊断及治疗提供重要帮助。Objective To investigate the clinical value of enhancement CT combined with percutaneous puncture biopsy under the guidance of CT in diagnosis of pulmonary occupying lesions. Methods The ordinary examination and enhancement CT scan in chest were performed in 112 cases with pulmonary occupying lesions to understand site and size of lesion and the relationship between the lesion and peripheral tissue and organ and cytological and pathological ex- amination was conducted in 112 cases. Results Among 112 cases, l l0 cases had positive results,the positive rate was 98.2%. Complications included 4 cases of pneumothorax,5 cases of pulmonary hemorrhage,4 cases of hemoptysis,and these complications did not need special treatment. Conclusion The positive rate of pulmonary occupying lesions diag- nosed by enhancement CT in chest combined with pereutaneous puncture biopsy under the guidance of CT and its complications are light.It can provide important help for diagnosis and treatment of lung lesion.
