电针对I型超敏反应模型大鼠组胺及前列腺素E含量影响

摘　　要：目的:研究电针对Ⅰ型超敏反应模型大鼠的疗效。方法:将实验大鼠随机平均分成4组(每组为10只),分别为空白对照组、电针组、模型组、阳性药物组,通过卵白蛋白造成Ⅰ型超敏反应动物模型,模型建立后各组给予相应治疗,采用ELISA法测定大鼠血清中组胺(HA)及前列腺素E2(PGE2)含量,采用录像回放对大鼠的搔抓次数进行统计。结果:与模型组大鼠比较,电针组大鼠搔抓次数显著减少(P<0.01),血清中组胺及前列腺素E2含量显著降低(P<0.01),有显著性差异,电针组和阳性药物组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针对I型超敏反应模型中大鼠有一定疗效。Objective：To research the effects of electroacupuncture on inhibiting type I hypersensitivity for model rats.Methods：The experimental rats were randomly divided into four groups （ each group with 10 rats） , and they were normal group , model group , positive medicine group and electroacupuncture group .Through the ovalbumin type I hypersensitivity animal models were induced ,after the establishment of the model group it was given corresponding treatment .ELISA method was used for determination of rats＆#39;histamine （ HA） and prostaglan-din E2（PGE2） content in serum,and the video playback was to calculate the rats＆#39;scratching frequency statis-tics.Results：Compared with the model group , the electroacupuncture group had significantly reduced the num-ber of scratching （ P ＆lt;0 .01 ） , and the histamine and prostaglandin E 2 content significantly reduced in serum （ P＆lt;0.01 ） .They had a significant difference ,and electroacupuncture group and positive medicine group were no significant difference （ P＆gt;0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Electroacupuncture for type I hypersensitivity reaction model of rats has a certain curative effect .
