摘  要:目的:探讨中药健乳灵对DMBA诱导乳腺不典型增生大鼠乳腺组织学及血清性激素的影响。方法:6周龄SPF级雌性SD大鼠32只,随机分为正常组、模型组、健乳灵组、他莫昔芬组,模型组、健乳灵组、他莫昔芬组行DMBA灌胃造模,正常组和模型组给于常规饲料,健乳灵组和他莫昔芬组分别给于健乳灵饲料、他莫昔芬饲料喂养70天。观察各组大鼠乳腺组织学改变,比较各组大鼠血清雌二醇、孕酮、睾酮水平。结果:模型组乳腺组织呈现不典型增生改变,健乳灵组、他莫昔芬组乳腺组织轻度增生;与正常组比较,模型组雌二醇、孕酮水平明显升高,睾酮明显降低,他莫昔芬组雌二醇、孕酮、睾酮水平明显下调;健乳灵组雌二醇、孕酮水平降低,睾酮水平与正常组接近。结论:健乳灵可改善DMBA所致大鼠乳腺不典型增生,其机制与调节大鼠性激素水平紊乱有关。Objective: To investigate the effects of Jianruling on mammary gland histology changes and ser- um sex hormone in mammary atypical hyperplasia rats which were induced by DMBA. Methods: 32 SPF 6 - week - old female SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Jianruling group, tamoxifen group. The animal model were made by DMBA garage. The normal group and the model group were given con- ventional feed, Jianruling group and tamoxifen group were given Jianruling feed and tamoxifen feed for 70 days. Changes of breast tissue were observed in all rats and serum levels of estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone were compared. Results: Breast tissue in model group showed dysplasia while that of Jianruling group and tamoxifen group showed mild hyperplasia; Compared with the normal group, estradiol and progesterone levels significantly increased and testosterone levels decreased significantly in model group; estradiol, progesterone and testosterone levels significantly decreased in tamoxifen group; estradiol, progesterone levels of Jianruling group decreased, testosterone level is close to that of the normal group. Conclusion: Jianruling can improve breast a- typical hyperplasia in rats induced by DMBA. The mechanism is related to the disturbance of sex hormone level in rats.
