摘　　要：自然复叠制冷系统采用混合工质，用一个普通压缩机实现了－ １５０ ℃甚至更低的温度。与以往采用三级复叠制冷系统的－ １５０ ℃低温冰箱相比，采用自然复叠系统的低温冰箱减少了两个压缩机及相应的油分离器、干燥过滤器等附件，并使控制系统大为简化，从而提高了系统的整体可靠性。本文将详细介绍自然复叠制冷系统的原理和应用。Autocascade refrigeration systems are able to make -150℃ or even lower temperature with multi refrigerants and a common compressor.Compared with the similar freezers ever used employing a 3 stage cascade systems,-150℃ freezers employing autocascade systems cut down two compressors and the related oil separators and drierstrainers,and therefore simplify the control systems and improve the reliability of the whole systems.Detailed introduction of the autocascade systems and its application is given in the paper.
