阻生下颌第三磨牙的正畸疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨通过矫治阻生的下颌第三磨牙,代替因龋坏或矫治需要而拔除的第一或第二磨牙,恢复牙列完整性及咀嚼功能.方法 选择因各种原因拔除了下颌第一或第二磨牙且第三磨牙近中阻生的14例错牙 合畸形患者,应用固定矫治技术进行正畸治疗,对阻生的下颌第三磨牙进行直立并近中移动,关闭拔牙间隙.结果 所有患者均取得良好的矫治效果,阻生的下颌第三磨牙得到直立并近中移动,代替了缺失的磨牙,恢复了牙列的完整连续性,建立了良好的邻接关系及咬牙合关系.结论 阻生下颌第三磨牙通过矫治,可以代替缺失的磨牙,恢复其应有的功能.Objective To regain integrity of dentition and chewing function by replacing extracted first or second molars because of caries or treatment needs with correcting impacted mandibular third molars. Methods Fourteen cases with first or second molar extraction because of various reasons and mandibular third molar impaction were chosen for this study. Fixed orthodontic treatment technique was used to upright,mesially move impacted mandibular third molar, and close extraction space. Results All the 14 cases obtained satisfactory results, impacted mandibular third molars were upright and mesially moved to replace the extracted molars so that the dentition regained integrity and the teeth can interface and function optimally. Conclusion Impacted mandibular third molar can replace the missing molar after orthodontic treatment and restore its function.
