音乐学科在实施“国培计划”置换脱产研修的情况调查分析——以江西省为例

摘  要:笔者利用自行设计的"音乐学科在实施‘国培计划’置换脱产研修中的实际情况调查问卷",对江西省4年来参与实施"国培计划"置换脱产研修的有关人员进行了调查。调查表明:通过"国培计划"置换脱产研修,农村音乐教师的专业、教学水平均有所提高,但农村中小学音乐教学现状并没有得到多大的改善。顶岗实习生在实习中丰富了教学经验,但顶岗实习没有从根本上解决教育实习问题。改变这种状况应该改变教育分配和资金投入不公平的现象,加强农村中小学音乐教学的硬件设备;制定一套科学的、规范的音乐教育顶岗实习模式,有效地发挥顶岗实习生的专业优势;充分利用高校的免费师范生政策,从根本上解决农村音乐师资短缺的现状。The author investigates personnel concerned in Jiangxi Province who participated in the implementing replacement off- job training of "national training plan" four years ago. Research shows that the rural music teachers' professional and teaching level are improved through the plan, but the status quo of the rural primary and secondary school music teaching has not been much im- proved. The intern students on regular posts enrich their teaching experiences in the practice, but they do not fundamentally solve the problem of education practice. We should change the phenome- non of unfair distribution of education and the investment, strengthen the hardware equipment of rural primary and secondary school music teaching, formulate a set of scientific and normative mode of practice working on regular shifts, effectively give play to major advantage of intern students on regu- lar posts, make full use of free normal students, and fundamentally solve the current situation of rural music teacher shortage.
