套筒冠义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损的临床应用

摘　　要：目的评价套筒冠义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损的临床应用效果。方法32例牙周病伴牙列缺损患者，基牙经牙周基础治疗和根管治疗后，制作圆锥型套筒冠义齿40件。经24个月随访，评价患者满意度，比较分析修复前和修复后6、12、24个月牙周探诊深度、基牙松动度。结果32例患者经套筒冠义齿修复24个月后，满意度为93．7％。与修复前相比，基牙牙周探诊深度（P〈0．05）、基牙松动度（P〈0．05）差异均有统计学意义。结论套筒冠义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损是一种较理想的修复治疗方法。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of telescopic denture restoration on perio- dontal disease with dentition defect. Methods The average follow-up periods were 24 months. Thirty- two patients with periodontal diseases with dentition defect, 40 pieces of the conus crown telescopic den- ture were made after comprehensive periodontal therapy and root canal therapy. Patient satisfaction, tooth mobility and probing index（PD） of teeth were checked and recorded before and 6, 12, 24 months after restoration. Results The patient satisfaction degree was 93.7% after 24 months. Tooth mobility and PD were significantly improved （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Telescope denture restoration of periodontal dis- eases with dentition defect has good clinical results.
