摘　　要：文中结合中交二航局在诚信管理上的一些实践经验,探讨诚信管理的基本思路以及诚信与企业核心竞争力之间的相联关系,为改善施工企业的生存与发展环境提供一些思路和借鉴。This paper combines some of CCCC Second Aviation Authority on ethical management practices, and to explore the relationship between the basic ideas and the associated integrity and core competitiveness of enterprises between integrity management, to improve the survival and development of enterprises to provide some environmental construction ideas and learn from.
