摘　　要：目的探讨阴囊皮瓣在阴茎阴囊部Paget病局部广切术后创面修复中的应用。方法2010年1月至12月,我科对12例阴茎阴囊部Paget病患者行局部广切及一期阴囊皮瓣覆盖。详细记录评估患者的临床病理学资料、手术切缘情况及临床转归。广切术后皮肤缺损范围48～96(中位72)cm2,中位随访时间为30(27～39)个月。结果所有皮瓣愈合满意,随访期间无局部复发或远处转移。结论局部广切手术可以治愈浅表阴茎阴囊部Paget病。对于术后较大的皮肤缺损,阴囊皮瓣覆盖是一种安全可靠的方法。Objective To investigate the application of scrotai skin flaps in econstruction for penoscrotal extramammary Paget＇s disease （EMPD） after wide local resection. Methods Retro- spective analyses data of 12 patients who underwent wide local resection with subsequent reconstruc tion using scrotal skin flaps. Skin defects covered 48-96（median, 72）cmz. The median duration of follow up was 30（range, 27 39）months. Results All flaps healed well and no local recurrence and distant metastasis were found. Conclusions Wide local resection can cure superficial penoscrotal EMPD. Scrotal skin flaps is a safe and effective treatment for the econstruction of large defects.
