摘　　要：目的探讨同期双侧肾盂癌的临床诊治要点和问题。方法回顾分析1994年至2011年我院收治的7例同期双侧肾盂癌患者的临床资料并进行随访,对其临床诊断和治疗方法、结果进行分析总结。结果 7例患者由术前影像学和细胞学检查初步诊断为同期双侧肾盂癌,根据患者病情和身体条件综合考虑,6例行一侧肾盂癌根治,对侧肿瘤段肾盂壁切除、残端肾盂输尿管吻合术,1例行腔内微创手术。术后7例患者均未出现大出血、感染等并发症。患者恢复良好,出院后辅助全身化疗和规律膀胱灌注,中位随访时间2年,开放手术患者均未出现尿路上皮癌复发。结论双侧肾盂癌患者行一侧肾盂癌根治,对侧局部肿瘤切除术,有利于提高患者生活质量,术后辅助化疗,效果可靠。Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment for homochronous and bilateral carcinoma of renal pelvis. Methods Clinical date of 7 cases of homochronous and bilateral carcino- ma of renal pelvis from 1994 to 2011 in our hospital were retrospectively reviewed. Results 7 ca- ses were diagnosed according to imaging data. 6 cases received radical surgery in one side and local excision in another side, and 1 case received laparoscopic surgery. No postoperative complication was found. Total 7 patients all recovered well, and received adjuvant chemotherapy and bladder instilla- tion. Median follow-up time was 2 years, and no recurrence was found in patients received open sur- gery. Conclusions The treatment of radical surgery in one side and local excision in another side can improve patientPs quality of life, and it is effective with adjuvant chemotherapy.
