摘　　要：从现有文献出发,探讨经济危机中产业结构特征和资源特征,对经济危机中企业心理、管理机制、战略行为等组织行为特征进行分析,进而揭示企业管理机制和企业战略行为对危机中企业生存的效用。研究结论对深入展开经济危机中企业战略管理研究和进行实践活动提供理论基础。Financial crisis is a unique management context in which the management methods and their effects are different from other management context. This paper analysis the industry framework characters and resource characters in financial crisis based on past researches. This paper discusses the firm psychology characters, managerial mechanism, and strategic actions and explores the effects of managerial mechanism and strategic actions on firm survival in financial crisis. In the discussion, we trace the implications of our study for research and practice and the research agenda in the future.
