摘　　要：林农的收支变化及林业就业情况直接反映林农的经济利益,集体林权制度改革的实施,对林农的林业收支及就业产生了一定的影响。通过实地调查,以数据统计描述性分析,林农的林业生产积极性提高,家庭自投劳动力人数和时间增加,林下经济得到重视,带来了可观的收入从而促进了就业。Foresters’income and expenses and forest employment change reflect the economic benefit of foresters, the collective forest right system reform has an effect on foresters’income and expenses and forest employment. Through investigation, based on descriptive statistics, foresters improve the production enthusiasm on forestry, the number and time of family labor input increasing, under forest economic got attention, improve the income and improve the employment.
