摘　　要：针对目前高校实验仪器设备开放共享率不高的问题,通过高校实验仪器设备管理内部政策设计,包括所有权和使用权分离、建立仪器设备资源共享基金、开放共享基金激励设计等政策,促进高校实验仪器设备共享率的提高,减少仪器维护运行成本,提升一线仪器人员的工作积极性.For the lower experimental instruments and equipment sharing rate in universities, an internal man- agement policy of lab instruments and apparatuses were designed, which includes the separation of ownership and use right, establishing a sharing fund of instrument and equipment resources, designing a sharing fund incentive policy. All these methods improve the sharing rate of experimental instruments and equipment, reduce mainte- nance cost concerned and ultimately enhance the work enthusiasm of on- line instrument staff.
