摘　　要："美丽中国"构筑了当代中国发展的整体建设目标和生态文明标杆,突出聚焦了以人为中心的人文关怀维度与生活品质建构的互动,从而体现了高度的政治智慧和深沉的人文情怀,也是中华文化乐生精神与人文品格在今天的回响与发展。这既需要从哲学和文化的高度上来把握,也需要从时代和社会的需求出发,强化政府支撑、学术支撑、社会支撑、实践支撑的有机统一,在活生生的社会实践、生产实践、生活实践中推进与深化,从而实现见成效、乐人心的民生目标和人文理想。＂Beautiful China＇sets the general construction arm and the ecological civilization target for contemporary China, and highlights the interaction of human-centered humanistic care and quality of life. It embodies high degree of political wisdom and deeply concern of humanistic feelings and is the echo and development of humanistic characters. It needs to be grasped from the perspective of philosophy and culture, and the requirements of times and society. Government support, academic support, social support and practical support should be integrated, and advanced and deepened through social activities, productive practices and life experiences, so as to achieve the target of improving people＇ s livelihood and humanistic ideal.
