摘　　要：当今世界处于资本运作的时代,所有的资源、人力、技术都靠资本来运作。我国资本市场的不发达使大多数企业一直采用惯用的银行信贷或股权资金进行筹资,而非针对公司的实际情况筹集资金,此时如何确定合理的筹资方式对于上市公司便显得至关重要了。文章选取青岛啤酒股份有限公司为个案,通过对该公司的实际筹资举措进行分析,总结出我国不同类型的上市公司所适用的筹资方式。The world is in the era of capital operation, all the resources, manpower and technology operate by capital. Because capital market of our country not developed makes most companies have used bank credit or equity financing rather than raise money for the company＇ s actual situation. At this time how to ensure the reasonable way of financing for listed companies is crucial. Taking an example of Tsingtao Beer Co.,Ltd., this paper, through the analysis of the company＇ s actual financing measures, summarizes different types of financing way for listed companies
