摘 要:目的 对层流手术室的空气细菌浓度监测结果进行分析,探讨其影响因素及护理对策.方法 以我院特别洁净(Ⅰ级)手术室空气质量作为研究对象,对影响层流手术室的空气细菌浓度监测结果的影响因素进行分析.结果监测期间层流手术室手术区和周边区空气细菌浓度静态监测结果全部合格.层流手术室手术区和周边区T1~T7监测值均显著高于T0值(均P<0.05);T0~T7任何时段,7~9人组空气细菌浓度监测值均明显高于<6人组,(P<0.05).结论从硬件系统和流程方面提出应对方案,以预防发生空气细菌浓度超标事件,保证手术质量并防止手术感染事件的发生.Objective To analyze the air-borne bacteria concentration monitoring results in laminar flow o room, for exploring the influencing factors and nursing countermeasures. Methods The air quality of I - leve peration 1 operation room in our hospital was selected as the research object. The air-borne bacteria concentration monitoring results influencing laminar flow operation room was analyzed. Results During monitoring, the air-borne bacteria concentration monitoring results in laminar flow operation room and the surrounding zone were qualified. T1-T7 monitoring value in laminar flow operation room and the surrounding zone were evidently higher than TO value (P 〈0.05). At T0-T7 any given time, the air-borne bacteria concentration monitoring value of the group with 7-9 people was higher than the group with less than 6 people (P 〈0.05). Conclusion Enhancing the management on operation room and proposing schemes for hardware system and process not only can prevent from excessive air-borne bacteria concentration incidents, but also can ensure operation quality and prevent from operation infection incidents .
