摘　　要：口腔临床医学因其独有的特点,其人才培养模式也与其它临床医学专科不尽相同。目标反馈法(Objective Feedback Method,OFM)是通过多方面反馈调节,循环往复,从而达到既定实习临床培养目标的一种方法。本文通过理论介绍结合实例阐述,初步介绍了这一方法在口腔实习教学中的应用。Because of its unique characteristics of stomatology,the training model of doctors is different from other clinical medicine. Objective Feedback Method （OFM） is a kind of new method to reach the target of clinical practice which through feedbacked regulation in many ways. This paper initially introduces this method in dental practice teaching by theories and examples.
