摘　　要：目的了解和分析医院常用的内分泌系统药品说明书中老年人用药描述,为该类药品说明书的撰写、改进提供参考依据。方法收集医院常用内分泌系统药物的药品说明书102份(以商品名计),统计不同药理学分类、不同厂家与剂型药品说明书中有关老年人用药叙述的差异。结果老年人用药项目的标注率为90.2%,其中有具体用法用量的为23.5%;老年人药代动力学的标注率为10.8%;标注老年人用药"尚不明确"占49.0%,标注"慎用占11.8%,标注"遵医嘱"或"用量酌减"占15.7%;除冲剂和溶液剂外,其它剂型标注率较高;国内厂家说明书中在具体用量标注方面和标注"慎用"分别低于和高于国外(含合资)厂家(P<0.05)。结论内分泌系统药品药品说明书中仍存在老年人用药项目的缺失、表述不详尽等问题,需引起各方面的关注,建议国家相关部门加强对药品说明书的安全监管,完善说明书的内容。Objective To learn and analyze the description about elders medication of endocrine system drugs package inserts that were commonly used in hospital, To give some reference for the package inserts. Methods A total of 102 package inserts of endocrine system drugs were collected from the pharmacy in the hospital and were analyzed on the part of elderly medication. Results The rate of medication issues of endocrine drugs for elderly medication was 90.2%. The marked rate of dosage for the elderly medication was 23.5%, as well as, the rate of elders pharmacokinetics was only 10.8%. Among the instruction for elders with the mark of ＂not clear＂ was 49.0% , and with the mark of ＂caution＂ was 11.8%, at last with the mark of ＂dosage discount＂ was 15.7%. Tile marked rate of other dosage forms was higher than granules or solution preparation. The marked rate of dosage for the elderly medication in the pakage inserts of domestic manufacturers was lower than abroad （ including joint ventures manufacturers ）. The marked rate of ＂caution＂ in the package inserts of domestic manufacturers was higher than abroad （ including joint ventures manufacturers） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The contents of elderly medication are far from perfect. Government and relevant departments in China should strengthen the instruction on the safety of pakage inserts, especially the drug use for elders. To enhance the guidance of endocrine system drugs for elders, so that it could reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction.
