摘　　要：目的探讨外周血中EB病毒检测在NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中的预后意义。方法统计本院治疗的结外鼻型NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者56例,应用荧光定量PCR技术检测外周血中游离EBV-DNA拷贝数,将血浆EBA/DNA含量检测>0 copies/ml为阳性,分别比较阳性组患者和阴性组患者在疾病分期、B症状以及疗效之间的差异。结果 45例阳性患者中有29例(64.4%)为晚期(Ⅲ/Ⅳ期)患者,11例阴性患者中3例(27.3%)为晚期(Ⅲ/Ⅳ期)患者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);阳性组中伴有B症状者27例,明显高于阴性组患者的2例(P<0.01)。阳性组患者中达CR者17例(37.8%),低于阴性组患者中达CR者8例(72.3%),两组患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。阳性组患者在3年无病生存率及总生存率方面均低于阴性组(3年无病生存率42.2%VS 72.7%,总生存率48.9%VS 81.8%,P<0.05)。结论 NK/T细胞淋巴瘤患者外周血中EB病毒检测具有一定的预后指导意义。Objective To evaluate the prognostic significance of EB virus detection in peripheral blood in NK/T cell lymphoma patients .Methods There were 56 patients with extranodal nasal type NK/T cell lym-phoma received therapy in our hospital , the EBV-DNA were detected with fluorescence quantitative PCR in the peripheral blood , it was positive that the plasma EBA/DNA content detection of ＆gt;0 copies/ml, the differentia-tion about stage of disease , B symptoms as well as the curative effect between positive group and negative group patients was analyzed respectively .Results There were 29 patients （ 64.4%） with advanced （ stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ） for 45 cases positive patients, and 3 patients （27.3%） with advanced （stageⅢ/Ⅳ） for 11 cases negative pa-tients, there was significant difference between two groups （ P＆lt;0.01 ） ,27 cases with B symptoms in positive group was significantly higher than 2 cases in negative group patients （ P＆lt;0.01 ） .There were 17 cases reach CR （37.8%） in positive group, which was lower than 8 cases in negative group.（72.3%）.The 3 years dis-ease free survival rate and overall survival rate of patienrs in the positive group was significantly lower than the negative group patients .Conclusion It will be a prognostic factor that to detect EB virus in peripheral blood of patients with NK/T cell lymphoma .
