首诊于眼科的鞍区肿瘤合并近视16例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨鞍区肿瘤合并近视患者的早期眼科表现,为临床诊治提供借鉴。方法回顾分析16例首诊于眼科的鞍区肿瘤合并近视患者的视力、视野、眼底等眼科特征。结果 16例初诊,15眼(占46.88%)视力低于0.1,16例均出现视野缺损,但仅5例(占31.25%)呈典型的视交叉性单、双颞侧偏盲,23眼(占71.88%)出现不同程度视盘苍白,首诊误诊为单纯近视者9例(占56.25%)。结论鞍区肿瘤合并近视患者眼科症状较严重,容易误诊,预后不佳。Objective To explore the ocular manifestations of the sellar region tumor combined with myo -pia.Methods Retrospective analysis of 16 cases （32 eyes） in patients with sellar region tumor combined myopia was conducted.Vision, the field of vision and fundus data was involved .Results The visual acuity 0.1 or more 15 （ 46.88%） , visual field defect 16 cases of which 5 （ 31.25%） typical dual temporal hemianopsia , 9 cases （56.25%） were misdiagnosed at the first time .Conclusion The sellar region tumor combined with myopia has more severe ophthalmology symptoms and worse outcome .Its misdiagnosed rate is higher than the usual .
